Not normal: It is true in general the longer you go between periods, the more the lining accumulates, and the longer and heavier the period will be. But more importantly, it is not normal to go months without a period. In general, i recommend that you see a gynecologist to help you regulate your periods so that this type of thing doesn't happen.
