I get very bad itching and burning in my butthole rea a few times a week and this is been going on for a year. hemorroides maybe?

Before treatment...: Could you be referring to fissures, fistula, abscess? Sexually transmitted disease (syphilis, gc, hiv, etc.) should be considered. Hemorrhoids ; rectal prolapse can appear as an outward bulging. Anal trauma of any kind may cause mechanical injury. Skin eruptions need to be considered, as does "pruritis ani" (see my healthtap answers on the latter subject). Go get checked for appropriate diagnosis.
