How much milk of magnesium can i give my 1 month old? her bowel is a dark green paste and she strains. her formula was changed from enfamil to gerber.

Formula: Your baby's stool is probably green from the iron present in the formula. It is also normal for baby's to strain and grunt when passing stool. Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) is not indicated in a month old baby.
