Probably not: If you have a diagnosis of pots, the treatment is directed towards symptoms. Pots by itself isn't life threatening, but can be annoying. Lots of fluids throughout the day is also a standard recommendation. If you really aren't symptomatic, why would you take medicine or even carry this diagnosis.
