Probably not: Nose bleeds or epistaxis can be related to spontaneous rupture of a small blood vessel in the front bottom of the septum (midline cartilage mucosa of the nose). But problems that need to be ruled out are hypertension or a vascular lesion of the nose. See an ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis and treatment.
