Get eval: As there are many possible causes of back pain that may be causing your issues. Arthritis, muscle spasms, disc issues, kidney stones, etc are all possible causes. Get eval to get a more definitive answer. Best wishes.

MRI: You should call your regular doctor for an appointment or specialist to get at least an x-ray . If the doctor feels the necessary criteria are met, you may get an MRI which is very detailed. I'm glad you are not ignoring your symptoms. Definitely get an appointment
