What is the medical term for when your ears are crackly and blocked with distorted sound? i need to swallow or force pressure into them to fix it.

?ET obstruction: The most likely diagnosis is eustachian tube (et) obstruction. This is probably confirmed by your forcing open the tube to ventilate the middle ear space when you swallow or force air through this tube to equalize pressure in the middle ear and the outside barometric pressure. I probably would recommend an ENT doctor or an allergist. But i definitely think you have et dysfunction.
