Yes, I have a number: Of patients on this combination. I usually prescribe a long acting stimulant such as Adderall xr or vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). Concerta is another option. Best wishes.

Avoid polypharmacy: You should only tkke medicines you actually need. If you have depression or anxiety, have your doctor maximize the lexapro (escitalopram). If you have symptoms of adhd, have your doctor work with you to maximize the adhd medication effect. The two medications will not be problematic. I am not sure what role Atarax has.
