Am 25 & have had pain bottoms of both feet for 1.5 years if walking, standing for any period of time. x-ray was normal, is mri of feet worth the $?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

MRI and foot pain: Have you been seen by a foot/ankle orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist? Mri may be helpful if conservative therapy has not helped. Sounds like you could have plantar fasciitis (inflammation of fascial lining). Mri can help distinguish between plantar fasciitis and other causes of foot pain (stress fracture, morton's fibroma, intermetatarsal bursitis, arthritis, ganglion cysts).
