A member asked:

We implanted a 5day blasto and hcg at day 10 after trsfer was 0.0. then on day 14, it was 225 and day 16 it was 650. is this a healthy viable pregncy?

Looking good so far: As a normal pregnancy progresses, the HCG level doubles every 2-3 days (not an exact rule). The best indicator of a healthy "viable" pregnancy will be the fetal heart beat. We usually see the first fetal heart beat at an HCG level of around 10, 000. So although the HCG level is reassuring, the ultrasound will be much more important. Good luck!
