A few days ago i found a bite on my leg it was 5-6 cm long and looked like a mosquito bite but it wasn't could u tell me what sort of bite it is?

"Bite" on leg: 5-6 cm is quite large, and i agree it could not have been due to a mosquito. Indeed, i cannot think of any insect that could leave so large a bite mark. If it really is a bite then it was due to some animal or bird. Alternatively, the mark may be due to something other than a bite.
