Be smart: Manage your time. Get enough sleep. Avoid tobacco and addictive drugs. Find meaning in doing genuine good. Don't overuse alcohol or cannabis. Find a fitness activity you enjoy. Avoid the sugary, greasy and very salty foods. No one owes you love. Work and study hard to have a marketable skill. Say only nice things. Health doesn't come from a pill / vitamin bottle. Enjoy being who you are.
