Anemia causes: I am not sure what the question is. Are you asking about the cause for his anemia? If so this should not be related to the diabetes. He would need to have a work up to determine the cause for the anemia and to rule out other causes of anemia such a bleeding from the gastrointestinal system. Hope this helps.
