What does it mean if i am told i have a ptosed liver?

Hanging lower: Ptosis means drooping eyelid. Ptosis of the liver would mean than liver is hanging lower. It is not a commonly used term and does not have a diagnostic connotation. It would be prudent to discuss the issue with your doctor who would more information about your health.
