Nervousness, ticks: It could be due to multiple causes as nervousness, ticks or part of seizure disorder. You should be checked by primary doctor and or neurologists.

Many causes: Start by visiting your primary doctor for a complete exam. You may also need to see a neurologist or an ent/ head and neck surgeon to check the function of your facial nerve and make sure there are no associated symptoms.
