Could be stress: Look at your eating and sleeping patterns. Energy drinks, poor sleep, poor hydration and poor nutrition may be contributing to the problem as well.

Anxiety likely: Anxiety can cause one to hyperventilate which can cause changes in the blood (ph) which result in feelings of being light headed and even tingling in the extremities. A myriad of other possibilities exist so best to get checked out. Also asking for ways to more effectively address anxiety can only help. Remember anxiety can be a normal and healthy emotion, it is how we respond that matters.
