Hypofertility: A sperm concentration of 200, 000/ml is quite "low." 40% of sub-fertile men have varicoceles. While you may not see significant improvement in your semen characteristics after intervention, it may help arrest the decrease in your semen parameters. You didn't say whether fertility is an issue, but you also didn't comment about "t" production which may also be affected permanently. Treat it!
