Yearly: I teach my patients that once you are fifty we should have at least one visit per year. Hypertension is a silent disease as is kidney and liver issues and the cholesterol. It is nice to get a baseline blood sample panel and a vital sign during this once yearly visit.

Yearly: At 50 and otherwise healthy, a yearly physical/medical evaluation is standard.
