It depends: Urine normally is yellow/amber, turns dark yellow while we take vitamins but it all depends due to combination of other foods ingested along with water which dilutes the urine.

Normal response: B vitamins are excreted in urine. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) may turn urine bright yellow in some people. In Latin, the term Flavus means yellow.
