Stretch: A good way to stretch the sacroiliac joint is to flex( bend your hip up ), abduct( let the hip go out or away from body), and externally rotate( turn your hip away from groin).This ' faber' maneuver is also a good general test for si joint pain( though not specific for it). Best of luck!
