Maybe?: Depending on your location and the centers prescribing it, "the abortion pill" (i'm guessing you mean mifepristone, or ru-486) can be used up to 9 weeks or 12 weeks. Anywhere that can prescribe that should be able to counsel on other options depending on the actual gestational age of the fetus.
