Always hope: See a colorectal surgeon for options to treat out hemorrhoids. The include topical creams, infrared lasers, and a variety of techniques to surgically remove the hemorrhoids. They'll be able to fix you up.

Yes: visit a colorectal surgeon in order to get the hemorrhoids removed. Topical treatment such as preparation H or steroid creams may help but will not make hemorrhoids go away.
