Sugar or thyroid: There are several common reasons for fatigue. Most common is an under active thyroid. Second would be a weight and/ or sugar problem. Next comes depression and then possibly a vitamin d deficiency among other rarer possibilities.

Many possibilities.: There are innumerable medical, nutritional and emotional conditions that include being tired as a symptom. These range from simple issues to those far more complex. A good checkup and blood testing would be a good starting point.
