Vagina cyst?: Since you give minimal description and l do think that it is likely a Bartholin's cyst with infection i.E bartholitis most likely and do suggest you to see your gyn asap, and other possibility will be less likely as gartner cyst infected unless you have this histiry before. Good luck.

Get a physical exam: It could be an std or it could be something as benign as an ingrown hair or infected hair follicle. Have it checked it with an appropriate history and physicalexam by your physician.
