Keep it clean: Hair around the anus are normal in a male. They can become ingrown and my need to be lasered out. However; before that, try keeping the area clean and dry.

Jock Itch: Jock itch can extend to adjacent skin near the anus, thighs, penis. Apply the same combination of topical treatments (anti fungal powder, laminal, etc.), keep dry, boxer's not briefs, avoid any prolonged periods of wearing sweaty/wet clothing, shower regularly. See ur pcp for prescription for abx for supra infection with bacteria or oral anti fungal if no better.
