Usually normal: Theses are normal and known as pearly penile papules. They usually occur on the rim of the head of the penis. Pearly penile papules typically have no symptoms and require no therapy.No effective topical or oral medical tx are known.Since they are benign, no tx, is necessary . For those who insist, laser removal is possible. You should have a doc exam you to make sure that is what they are.

One idea: Do you have a row of "pearly papules" alone your corona? A few percent of men are lucky enough to have this "extra". It's a non-problem but if that special someone doesn't like them, you can have them lasered off.

Fordyce spots: I suspect those are benign Fordyce spots. They're benign and the contents of those is not pus but rather oil related secretion. I suggest look up Fordyce spots on line and see if that matches yours. If not, see your doc.
