Testing interval: This is a very complex question. Chlamydia does not have to have any symptoms. You can have chlamydia and never know it. So if you only test after anal sex then it's possible that you could've had chlamydia even after vaginal sex but not have noticed. You also have to wonder if your partner has been faithful if she didn't have chlamydia before but now all of a sudden has it.
