Discharge: It surely sounds like more than just aged semen and normal vaginal fluids. It sounds like infection.

Doesn't sound right: Semen is cream colored. Turning the shades of yellow and green shouldn't really be happening to the ejaculate. I would see your doctor for an examination and possible culture of the discharge.

Not usually: Since semen should not look green , this is not expected. Perhaps you have no symptoms yet may be due to the early phase of an infection . If it goes away in couple of days, i won't worry over it. But if it gets worse or persists you need to get checked for std. (the only time semen is green is on st patrick's day :).
