White Coat Syndrome: Its not unusual to be nervous when you see your doctor. It is quite normal. However if it causes you not to see your doctor, then your anxiety may need to be treated.

It helps to rehearse reason for seeing the doctor and ask the questions you expect from the doctor and answer them.Also helps when compliant to the doctors instruction to flaunt it. Always remember doctor is their to help.
