Jock Itch?: Eliminate trapped sweat or moisture in the area by loose clothing, boxers not briefs, removing wet clothing asap, not itching, using anti fungal powder around jock or cup if needed, tx all areas (feet, groin, etc.) with topical lamisal/lotrimin for up to 3 mo. Shower daily and asap after exercise. Consult pcp for oral anti fungal or abx if suspect bacterial inftn as well. Dress socks b4 shorts.
