I have a pian on my left side up around my ribs but i know it's not my ribs?

Left sided pain: When you complain of pain on the left side, not your ribs, without much more history, that is something that will need to be evaluated. An upper pain could be cardiac, a lower pain could be your kidney and/or abdomen among many other considerations. Go get it checked out!
