IgM not a problem: You don't tell us how low your igm is. If it is only slightly lower than the range for the laboratory that measured it, it is unlikely to be of significance. Without other immunological abnormalities, none of your complaints seem to be related. Also, you have a very complicated history. I suggest you go to the nearest university-affiliated hospital for a thorough evaluation.
