Good question: 1. Avoid foods known to cause gas like beans 2. Eat slowly and chew your food well 3. Try an over the counter medication like gas-x. 4. Stop smoking if you do smoke 5. Cut out carbonated beverages 6. Don't chew gum it may cause more air in your stomach 7. Antacids are of no help.
