If: Placed correctly should help with pinched nerve, sometimes they migrate (leads) go have them checked.

Yes: It is possible for the leads to migrate therefore pinching a nerve. Additionally, recently in the literature there have been cases of granuloma formation at the tip of the lead - this may also pinch a nerve. In either case pls seek help. Hope this helps.
