Sjogrens: Itself can cause the neuropathy, which is peripheral, ms mostly central in brain. Dry eyes and mouth with former, no central lesions for cidp classical like ms.

Let's sort out: Sjogren's can mimic Primary Progressive MS, and can also cause a small fibre neuropathy, amongst other issues. CIDP represents an immune mediated peripheral motor neuropathy, with minor sensory issues. An EMG can show classical profiles, but a skin punch biopsy can clarify the sensory component. I seriously doubt you have all three conditions. Get a second opinion.
