Depends: If a stent is placed, they'd like you to take it easy for a week or two. If not and all is well, you are good to go next day unless you are a wwf fighter, high cable walker, or a belly dancer, because your groin will be sore for a couple days.

Dr. Mark Milunski
Cardiology 37 years experience
Cardiac output: In strict physiologic terms, cardiac output is determined by something called stroke volume and heart rate. Heart rate is self-explanatory. Stroke volume is the amount of blood that the heart pumps out with each beat. This in turn is dependent on blood pressure, total blood volume, and how strong the heart contracts.

Varies: Assuming a true high cardiac output syndrome, patients may feel flushed with a fast heart rate. Most are transient situations, but some illnesses and conditions may cause a sustained high output state, e.g., hyperthyroidism, anemia, arterio-venous malformations (congenital or acquired low resistance connections between arteries and veins), or disease like paget's. Requires confirmation by doctor.

Cardiac Eval: Look, of course I do not know you, but unless you are 9 ft tall, 343 is probably way overweight. The best way to find your answer would be to see a cardiologist and have a good cardiac evaluation, probably including a stress test and echocardiogram. They could then give you a rational program of exercise to help improve your health and/or make other suggestions.
