I have had a headache, nausae, fatigue for the last 4 days, i have had some cramping in my pelvis and my tubes are tied. i feel faint as well.

Fatigue: Pregnancy still a possibility even though your tubes are tied. Ectopic pregnancy is still a pregnancy. Get a pregnancy test just in case. In addition, pelvic inflamatory dx, ovarian cysts, bladder infection and gastrointestinal problems can cause those symptoms.
