Gastritis to muscle: It could be anything from gastritis to muscle pain. Gastritis typically causes heartburn sensation, your frequent burping is a feature of gastritis. Other causes for a sharp lower right chest pain include: pneumothorax, pleurisy, costochondritis. These pains do not diminish in minutes.
