I have ovarian cyst, and past 15 days i m on contraceptive pills. can i expect to get pregnant this cycle ? can i ovulate ?

Ovarian cyst: If you are using ocp your are not suppose to get pregnant or unless you dont take them as prescribed. There is no method that is 100% effective, and that includes the pill. Ovarian cysts can come from multiple causes. Did you start taking the pill the first sunday after your period? Is this a new condition or have you had this cyst for a long time?
