See answer: Burning upon ejaculation is most commonly due to a non-bacterial prostatitis (nbp) especially if this is the only or primary symptom though other symptoms may accompany nbp such as discomfort in testicles, penis, lower abdomen, or pelvic region and less commonly urinary symptoms or blood in the semen. Blood in the urine, fever, urethral discharge, burning with urination would suggest another dx.
