Nothing is 100%: Having sex on your fertile days is important in getting pregnant but is no guarantee of success every time. Just keep trying on those days and hopefully you will succeed. If you are not successful after a few months, you should see a gynecologist or fertility specialist for further testing to see is a problem exists with you or your mate.
