Back it up: About 4 weeks pregnant is about the 1 st of march which dosen't make sense with last period unless already pregnant at that time. You will probably been to rely on ultrasound dates.

Guideline: If you count the first day of your period as day one and your cycles are quite regular at every 28 or30 days, then you would have ovulated on day 14 or day 15. The egg lasts about one day and sperm can be viable from 3 to 5 days. Therefore conception could have occurred from march 7 to march 13. This a rough guide and your obstetrician could answer you better.
