Describing normal: Usually c-7 vertebral spinous process juts out and appear to have a bump. I believe you have cervical muscle spasm, suggest that you have it checked out by your doctor.

See doctor: For an evaluation of the lump. Back could be tight muscles.You can try stretching heat and ice and have your doctor evaluate your back pain too.
