Irregular: It seems like it was an irregular period where you had blood clots instead of bright red blood like you're used to. Likely this isn't what your cycle will be like next time. If it bothers you and you would like some more regularity to your cycle, can consider birth control pills as those hormones will help to keep consistent. Likely there was imbalance between estrogen/progesterone.
