Have sex: If you are sure you both love each other and are ready to be responsible for a child, then start having unprotected sex around the middle of your cycle which is when you are most fertile (as you ovulate 2 weeks before your cycle starts). Best wishes.

Try: At age 20, one isn't considered as having infertility until a year of unprotected intercourse without a pregnancy. You've definitely got time on your side, so not to worry. Best of luck.
