It can: Crps can cause a variety of changes including discoloration, swelling, hair loss, sensitivity ad numbness. Limbs can feel either very cold or very warm and may be red in color or darkly pigmented.

Yes: Crps can definitely cause skin hair and nail changes. In general the more severe the disease the more significant the changes. Hope this helps.
