Epididymitis: You probably have an infection in the prostate gland and/or the epididimis.

Hematospermia: While blood in the semen can be frightening, it is rarely significant. When associated with epididymis and testicular pain it can be from prostatitis and epididymitis. This is usually treated with antibiotics. I would suggest you be examined by a urologist.
