Abdominal pain: There are many possible causes for this and you need examination by tour doctor. One item that comes to mind is kidney stones and another may be an abnormality in your lower bowel.

Visit your doctor: It is not clear if your symptoms are related to bowel movements or to urination? Uti will cause frequent urination for small amounts of urine and it will hurt when the you urinate. If there is no urine trouble then you need to see your doctor to find out what is wrong in your belly? Bowel inflammation or constipation. A medical exam can help you to solve the problems.
