Headache ; vomiting: Headaches with vomiting and blurry vision have been associated with migraine. However, they could be symptoms of a medical condition that needs to be diagnosed. What sounds unusual is that you get these symptoms when lying on your right side. I would suggest you see a physician as soon as possible instead of seeking a quick home remedy.
