Studies do not support anything else: Studies looking at diet and alternative medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis have not shown that these approaches are effective in the treatment of rheumatoid friends.

Medications are best: For patients with ra, there are medicines than can help with the symptoms, but there are now disease modifying medicines that can actually stop the disease and joint damage from progressing. You should discuss the severity of your RA with a rheumatologist and learn the best options for you.
